alright so working out.
ya i can visualize all the fat away...but i have to focus and work each time i pick up the weights and do strength exercises. like for abs...i need to up the repetitions so each set i'm working hard. then for upper body i want to get tight in my shoulders. basically there's a bunch of inner arm fat that i want gone. and then my abs lose the spare tire around the lower abs. so this fat stuff i think will go away with continued cardio interval training :)

i was at griffin today and at the gym and studying while walking on the treadmill. and things were sticking cuz i was talking out the stuff i needed to learn. I think when i was younger, this was the natural way that I studied. when i took psych intro in sophomore year, they said the best way to learn is to copy your notes several times...but now i'm beginning to realize that is not necessarily the case..especially if you naturally have a way to study well.

so now...i'm thinking of places where I can talk out to study..
1. classrooms
2. griffin gym on weekends
3. in my car
4. idk lol.

and actually. i'm going to be reviewing my notes at the gym more often..like walking and reading...ya i'll try that.

tomorrow. church..study..sonobana. vball i dunno man it never happens anymore :( but im definitely going to the gym after church to study and walk..and then workout. i think i should do like 30 minutes walking and studying. then break for abs. then another 30 minutes walking and studying. then interval training hardcore. ya. so that'll be a total of 1hr studying. so right after church im hitting the gym. and if pple show up great. if not ill go to panera bread to study ya.

but the good thing about doing this is that they accept u to the grad school immediately, so u don't have to go out and work in an acute setting whatever and reapply for grad school. and with yale they'll definitely get you a job.

exciting to think...especially nurse anesthetist..what! i heard from a friend his uncle is a nurse anesthetist...he works 36 hours a week and chills the other 5 days..totally great. and he makes 6 figures omg.

so..here's a tentative plan. i'll get my RN license.. it's kinda foggy about what happens after u get licensed...i think according to bls.gov you start as a staff nurse and then get promoted. so then i'll work a year or two..gain experience.

so bottom line..prepare for the NCLEX-RN. work as an RN. and then I can decide how to advance...nurse practitioner/nurse anesthetist..even physician assistant...or even doctor :)
